Platform One is this new platform developed by the University that looks to connect alumni to current students. By signing up to this platform you are contributing to the development of a community. It provides an amazing opportunity for students and alumni to gain insights and make meaningful connections. We hope that as you have joined you have found that Platform One is a friendly and supportive space for those part of the University of Edinburgh to develop even more within their careers. Therefore, we would like to thank you for joining platform one. I have found that Platform One is an amazing place for alumni to stay in touch with the University community and to build connections. After having a very interesting conversation with an alum, I recommended that she join Platform One. She was very keen in joining it to strengthen her connections to Edinburgh since, she had really enjoyed her time here. She was hoping that by joining Platform One she could build and strengthen connections that one day could open up an opportunity to return to Edinburgh. We hope that by joining Platform One a multitude of opportunities and connections can open up for both alumni and students.
